Zaelab was engaged by BioIVT on an advisory basis to initially focus on the voice of the customer. With insights and a business case, Zaelab and BioIVT roadmapped their digital transformation journey and began the project. Leveraging commerce platform SAP Commerce and search-as-a-service solution Algolia, BioIVT executed an incremental deployment strategy, phasing in the  implementation and evaluating in real-time what worked, understand how customers responded, and iterating along the way. The result: platform adoption, increased revenue, cost savings, and enhanced customer loyalty.
